Recipe of the Week!

Rhubarb and Strawberry pie filling:

1 cup fresh rhubarb
1 lb box fresh strawberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour

Mix the sugar and flour together in a small bowl and set aside.
In pie dish with uncooked pie crust in it, spread a layer of rhubarb and then strawberries on top of that. then sprinkle sugar and flour mixture on top. Cover with another layer of pie crust and seal it. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hr and 15 min or until bubbling.
